  1. It has been exciting for me to view the pictures on this blog ever since the beginning. Thanks Amber! Miriam your split turning and frame is wonderful, reminding me of Mark Sfirri’s use of the human form, but done with one axis. And your bowl(?) form turned into a hat(?) reminds me of Ruth Duckworth’s clay sculptures. Eric’s bug and other constructions are amazing to watch evolve. Nice to see Reed’s use of the old growth pine beams for a sculpture. I’ll enjoy seeing the products of Yuri’s wood bending and woven constructions. And of course I’m glad see what must be one of my spalted cutoffs evolving into a sculpture.
    I’m looking forward to visits on the 19th and August 2nd.
